Coaching; Ephesians 4
We gather at Lancaster Baptist 3 times a week in order to be strengthened by the preaching of the Word, to reinforce the faith through song, and to express congregational praise and worship to Christ, our Audience.
We call this process coaching, because the idea of coaching communicates that what we do through our congregational gathering is to the ends that we might function as the body of Christ in the World, throughout the week.

the body of Christ; 13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the
knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature
which belongs to the fullness of Christ. 14 As a result, we are no longer to be
children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of
doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming;
